Our client a well established private Montessori Nursery based in Islington is looking for a Temporary Office Manager to cover maternity leave for 13 months from April 2012.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include composing correspondence, travel arranging, purchasing, reconciliations, research, reviewing advertising, liaising with press, organising special events, database management, Safety Officer, facilities management and PA duties to the MD.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills, keen eye for detail and pro-active attitude. The role will be varied where priorities will change so you will need to be adaptable and calm under pressure.
This role requires a lot of common / practical sense together with excellent organisational skills.
Confidentiality and discretion are a must for this role.
In addition:
- Advanced MS Office skills
- A professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven three years relevant administrative / PA experience
