Our client, a National Charity that also provides a social work service to the military community, is looking for a PA / Administrator to work at their offices based near Tower Hill.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Typical duties will include:

  • word processing,
  • audio and copy typing,
  • letter writing,
  • dealing with telephone and email enquiries,
  • creating and maintaining filing systems,
  • keeping diaries,
  • arranging meetings / appointments,
  • organising travel for staff.

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • be educated to 'A' level standard,
  • have 4+ solid years admin / PA experience with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills,
  • have experience of taking complex minutes.
