We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Office Manager to work on a contract basis to cover maternity leave. Our client is a modern, innovative and professional investment and asset management company based in the City of London.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

This is a diverse role and would suit an experienced Office Manager who has had exposure to facilities management and has a good understanding of health and safety requirements. Duties to include the following:

  • Assisting the Head of Facilities in day to day running of office.
  • Liaising with suppliers, external and internal.
  • Ordering stationary, office consumables and marketing materials.
  • Implementation of health and safety policy.
  • Overseeing the management of the reception team.
  • Processing invoices and updating records.

Requirements

The role would suit someone who is confident with excellent communication skills at all levels, has strong attention to detail and is able to prioritise their workload.

Candidates must be available to work 3 days per week, ideally Monday, Tuesday & Thursday and be able to commit to a 9 month contract.
