Our client is an international organisation with a worldwide presence. From their Tyneside office they control their European operations and have an expanding customer services team, headed by the Customer Services Manager. Due to an expansion in their business activities they will be increasing their number of European clients. As a result, the business now plans to recruit a Spanish speaking Customer Services Assistant to join the team.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the Account Executives you will be required to:

  • Place orders within the required timescale in order to meet customers required delivery dates
  • Managing accounts with monthly calls
  • Input all new specifications onto the systems
  • Assist with requests from other departments
  • Answer telephones and redirect as required
  • Check quotes and invoices before sending out to customers
  • All other associated administration

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience of working with a customer service environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You will be used to working in a busy environment where tight deadlines are part of the role.
  • You will be of a smart appearance and have a confident and enthusiastic nature.
  • GCSE level Maths and English (Grade C and above or equivalent) is essential for this position.
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
