Our client based in Oxford is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Clerk to work on a part time basis in their offices in central Oxford. You will be required to work a three-day week with the hours of work as follows: Monday 8.45-5pm, Tuesday 8.45-5pm and Friday 8.45-4pm.
Job Description
You will be required to process customer orders from creation or order to invoicing. This will include customer negotiations and invoice disputes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- You will use SAP to record customer complaints.
- Management of pricing maintenance.
- Control of stock levels.
- Professional handling of all customer enquiries.
- Close liaison with other parts of the business to include finance, logistics and sales.
