Our client, a small but highly successful Venture Capital firm, is now looking to recruit a PA to support a very busy Senior Executive (75%) and two associates. You will be relied on fully to organize and manage a complex diary and international travel schedule. The job will be varied and consist of a broad range of administrative duties.

Job Description

The office is open plan and we are small in number so you will need to have a very organised and flexible approach where there is a need for everyone to "muck in". Hrs: 09.30 - 18.30

Duties and Responsibilities

In your role as Executive PA, you will be required to carry out the following duties:

  • Managing an extremely busy calendar
  • Coordinating conference calls and meetings both internal and external
  • Managing complex, highly fluid national and international travel arrangements
  • Supporting internal management activities including management of highly sensitive information
  • Collecting and managing monthly expenses for London Secondary staff members
  • Overseeing distribution and collation of documentation as required
  • Various other ad hoc admin duties

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have a steady work record providing full PA support to multiple high level executives. You will ideally:

  • Have worked within Private Equity
  • Have excellent inter-personal skills
  • Be motivated / self-directed
  • Have excellent organisational and administrative skills
