Salary: £10 to £12 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity to put your customer service and corporate reception skills to the test and provide first class customer service in this corporate environment. Working from 12pm - 7pm, you will rotate between 2 different reception teams within 2 different office buildings based in the West End. PLEASE NOTE: This is a mobile role where you will be trained on a number of sites around the West End, so candidates must bear in mind that mobility and flexibility is key.
Job Description
We are looking for committed individuals who possess excellent communication skills along with a personable and flexible attitude. A solid customer service background - airline, hotel, corporate or similar and an excellent command of the English language is essential. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is also desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Corporate Receptionist your main duties will be:
- Meeting and greeting
- Answering and fielding calls
- Managing meeting rooms
- Co-ordinating corporate catering / refreshments for meetings
- Booking couriers and taxi's
- Ordering stationary and general office supplies
- Arranging security / visitor passes
- General ad-hoc duties
Requirements
You will preferably have:
- Previous Reception / Front of House experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience of working in a busy environment
