Our client is a new innovative market research company, focusing purely on delivering 'ready made' insights to the automotive industry. Their independently researched data covers three aspects of the market; mystery shopping, tyre pricing and selling techniques. An opportunity has now arisen for a Call Centre Manager to join their team.

Job Description

This role would suit someone with team leadership experience gained within a fast paced call centre, looking to join a rapidly growing company who are offering significant development opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supervising both the in-house and external callers, whilst learning the fundamental research practices that the company conduct.

Playing a key role as part of a dedicated service team, you will liaise with clients and suppliers, maintain the company's administrative records and supervise the team leaders.

This role offers a wealth of cross-departmental relationships and accountabilities, and as such, offers ample scope for career progression. You will be tasked with:

  • Managing and supervising all mystery callers
  • Developing and implementing internal caller incentives
  • Managing and implementing training
  • Producing project documents and weekly management reports
  • Managing the caller recruitment, budget and sourcing of 3rd party agencies

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Call Centre Manager, you must have:

  • Experience as a team leader or similar, in a fast paced call centre environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint

Additionally, you must demonstrate a proactive approach with good analytical and problem solving skills. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also key.

Although not essential, experience of handling money or petty cash would be a distinct advantage to your application. The ability to speak an additional European language would also be beneficial.
