Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? A position has become available to join an expanding company in Stratford as an Administrator. You will be working in the Probate Services department completing Administration duties to a high standard.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
As part of your role you will be expected to follow a training programme with your Team Leader and in order to finish the programme you will need to complete self study. You will use the in-house database to complete tasks meticulously according to set procedures.
The ability to communicate effectively is key and will be utilised when liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be expected to create and send detailed correspondence to a variety of external organisations. There will be telephony work required of you which will involve having an understanding of call procedures for referrals, general client calls and update client calls.
As and when required you will also need to take on additional project work.
Requirements
You will:
- Have experience of working within a demanding administrative environment.
- Have experience of dealing with clients/customers either face to face or on the telephone.
- Have letter writing experience.
Desirable attributes:
- A Law Degree or other law related qualifications.
- Experience of working in a legal environment.
- Experience / knowledge of probate.
