We are currently recruiting for an Audio Typist to fulfill a permanent full-time position in our client's offices in Kentish Town, London. Previous experience as an audio typist is preferable, although full on-the-job training will be given. Hard-working, skilled and speedy typists need only apply.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Audio typing of reports;
  • Answering the phone;
  • General admin work;
  • Taking bookings and appointments;
  • Liaising with resident management companies, landlords and managing agents.

Requirements

  • A confident and enthusiastic telephone manner;
  • A typing speed of minimum 60wpm;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word;
  • A great eye for detail;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • A lot of common sense.
